Return/Refund Policy

We want you to love the PNB. You must email us within 24 hours of receipt to request a refund or replacement. Refunds and replacements are never guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Same day cancellations are subject to a restocking fee for the cost of the food, as it is made the morning of delivery. You are responsible for selecting the correct delivery method. If you select the incorrect method, we cannot refund your order. Sorry, we cannot refund delivery fees.

Delivery Policy

We do our best to meet your promised delivery date. Please be aware that you are responsible for selecting the correct delivery date on your order form. If you accidentally select the incorrect date, and the food is prepared for pick up or delivery, we cannot refund the order the same day. Delivery times and days may vary due to inclement weather, traffic and other situations outside of our control. If you expect to not be home at the time of delivery, please select the cooler bag option to ensure the freshness of your meals. If you are not home your bag will be left in the safest location possible. Please place meals into a refrigerator immediately upon receiving. We are not responsible for any improper food-handling once the meals have been delivered. If you would like to inquire about the status of your delivery please email us at

  • Delivery Date & Time: Thursdays 9am – 7pm
  • All Orders are Delivered Fresh on Thursdays throughout the day into the evening
  • We always recommend residential delivery, in case your delivery is later in the evening
  • You do not have to be present upon delivery as all Deliveries are left in Insulated Packaging, so your order will remain fresh until you arrive home
